In order to keep the energy footprint of a newly planned cleanroom (grade C and D) as low as possible, we want to recirculate a certain amount of air over HEPA filters. Ja, stimmt, es gibt die Möglichkeit ein CG-Netz zu reinigen, aber wir würden davon abraten. Durch die Flüssigkeit quellen die Fasern auf, die Maschenweite und somit der Luftdurchsatz verändert sich und dadurch wird in Folge die Abströmeigenschaften (turbulenzarme Verdrängungsströmung) verändert.
