Is there a requirement that the flow velocity and the cleanliness class in a hot air tunnel must be verified under operating conditions (approx. 300°C) or is this technically feasible/sensible?

It is technically possible to carry out a particle measurement and flow velocity in the operating state (approx. 300°). Hot air tunnels generally have the clean room classes GMP A or ISO 5. It is up to the user (manufacturing requirement) or FDA, AGES, external auditors, etc. to decide whether they must be carried out.
